With a strong focus on underground music from the past to the present, FEEDBACK was intended to delve into a similar experimental mindset. Various spreads include a more experimental approach to type. While still heavily using the grid system, type and imagery were designed in a way to give off certain characteristics of the featured experimental music

The masthead is typed as Futura Condensed Medium in all caps with a bold horizontal line slashing into each letter. Using Futura helped to give the masthead a cutting edge which perfectly encapsulates the various articles. Franklin Gothic URW was chosen to serve as the typeface for the entirety of the magazine.
